4 Reasons Why You Can Trust HighLine Sleep
Reason 1: Expert Sleep Consultations
Sampling a mattress for 15 minutes in a store is a very different experience than sleeping on a mattress for eight hours in your home. Over the course of a single night and over the course of the lifetime of a mattress, different materials will react differently. Choosing the right mattress requires a certain expertise.
Our family has been selling mattresses online for a number of years. We understand that trying to buy a mattress on the internet can be intimidating. There is endless information and the problem for many people is that the more research that they do, the more confused that they end up.
Nowadays, many stores easily have 50+ mattresses on display. As part of the research process, we encourage people to visit local stores because this provides insight into which types of mattresses feel comfortable and which don't. Wherever you are in your process, please feel free to give us a call because we have the experience to ask you the right questions to determine which mattress will actually work best for your needs.
Reason 2: We Don't Cut Corners
There are a number of ways that companies cut costs, but we refuse to compromise. Many people unsuspectingly order compressed foam mattresses. These mattresses are compacted for extended periods of time, which puts stress on the materials.
In the short term, some of these mattresses don't fully decompress. They may remain curled up at the ends or have irregularities in the foam that become noticeable beneath a person's bodyweight.
Long term problems are more likely because of the additional stress that was put on the beds when they were compressed.
Another way to cut corners is component mattresses. Many websites selling latex mattresses are sending people individual pieces of latex that customers assemble in their homes as component mattresses. If a website tells you that you can swap layers in and out of a mattress, then they're selling you individual components that are not laminated together.
The layers aren't laminated so there's nothing to hold them together in place. Component mattresses often have to be adjusted and readjusted as the layers shift.
Reason 3: Risk-Free Return Policy
We offer easy, low-cost returns. Return our mattresses for a full refund minus a flat $99 return fee. We pay the shipping both ways.
Try our mattresses for 90 nights in your home. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply repackage the mattress in the original box, give us a call, and we'll pick it up. There are no hidden fees.
The merchandise must be in like new condition with no stains or tears. Buyers must keep the original boxes. All sales on adjustable bases, foundations, and other accessories are final.
Beware of other companies who sell compressed mattresses. Compressed mattresses are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Once the package is open, their beds need to be returned via freight. The freight charges can be more expensive than it is to actually keep their mattresses. In addition, these companies don't supply their customers with packaging materials.
